Storage Instructions:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your order will ship with the delivery method chosen at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. To check the status of your order, click “Track Order” at the lower left of the MyPeroPero.com website.
The shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fee for the first delivery will not be refunded. You will not be charged a shipping fee for the second delivery unless a faster shipping method is requested.

We extend standard local courier shipping to over 180 countries worldwide (7-14 days, subject to delay). Shipping fees are determined at the checkout stage, and any associated customs taxes, duties, or import charges are included in the cost of the order.
